Below is Nosi mavicks's handwritten answer to the, "Tell us a little bit about you", survey question.
I am a believer of Christ and though many disheartening things are happening in churches (which is one of my reasons why I'm choosing to be childfree), my faith is not based on what church people say or do but based on what Jesus taught in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. I am originally from The kingdom of Eswatini. I love singing, writing songs (which I believe I'll record and release one day), reading and sewing. Cooking is not my strong point, I'll have to be honest with this one. I've never been in a relationship before cause I hated the fact that every guy you meet just wants to impregnant you, the exact thing I don't want. So I'm glad I came across this site. I want to be in a childfree relationship with someone who feels the same way, who is not on the fence. Who'll support me on my dreams, and vice versa and be my travelling partner when the opportunity avails, someone who won't make me feel inferior or a subservient in the relationship. I want to see us treat each other as equals just as specifically Jesus taught in his teachings about equality. A relationship with mutual respect, honour and giving into each other's lives. One thing about me, I love wearing skirts not unless there's an activity that really needs me to wear pants. I strongly don't like cosmetics. I prefer my natural skin than to plaster my face with make up. Besides many cosmetics carry a lot of carcinogens, so no thank you. I love listening to music, if it's not gospel, its the golden oldies like the 80s and 90s hits. I play a lot of games if I find a good one and sometimes watch stuff from YouTube or just movies and series. I'm currently trying to learn spanish in my free time. I have interest in filming, art, some dancing and wish to try out ice skating one day. I'm open to hear from you, if you interested in getting to know more, clyvertmavicks@gmail.com
Perhaps the most important question to CFdating's profile survey, below is Nosi mavicks's answer to why they choose to be childfree.
I do not have the desire, or even yearning to become a parent. Parenthood is just not for everyone. I also don't find the environment appealing to raise children in. This world is just becoming something else, even the scriptures confirm that. I have never really seen my future with kids in it. Being childfree means I have more time to write songs, read books, do bible study, write down revelations I receive from the holy spirit, do my tailoring, watch interesting stuff on youtube, enjoy my peace and sleep. Once I'm married, being childfree means my husband and I will have more time to spend with each other and more intimacy time with no interruptions. Intimacy is a gift from God afterall, so why not enjoy it. Being childfree means having the flexibility and freedom to travel whenever I want without worrying about what I'll do with the kids. Being childfree means my children will never come here and have their own share of hardships and struggles (Ecclesiastes 4:1-3 says it best). Being childfree means less financial constraints. I prefer being an aunt than to be a mom. I don't hate kids but am also not obsessed with them either. I just don't want to have my own. I have many other reasons stipulated in a 38 pages long document. So let me end here.
Finally, would Nosi mavicks have or want kids down the road? Below is how they answered this critical question.
No. It's a big no. I believe you must have a child because you want to or you have the desire. Helping raise my little brother showed me parenthood is not the path I wanna take. Even if I become super rich, I rather spend those riches helping the kids that are already here than to have my own. So no, I'm cool.
